Planning a trip with a flight and a hotel? You can sort out both with one Globitude Travels agent, on one call. Here's how it works, what it is and isn't, and how to get the most out of the quotes.
How booking a flight and hotel together works
- Call or send a request. Call 1-856-513-6369, or fill in the hotel request form and tell the agent about your flight when they call back.
- Get both quotes. The agent prices the flight and comes back with hotel options and a price for your dates.
- Compare and decide. Look at each part on its own, ask questions, and choose.
- The agent books your choices. For the flight, the agent confirms the final price, taxes and fees included, and the ticket is issued once you approve it.
Why book both on one call
- Dates that line up. The agent can match check-in to your actual arrival, including overnight flights that land the next day.
- One person to deal with. You explain your trip once rather than twice.
- A clear quote for each part. You see what the flight costs and what the hotel costs, so you can judge each one.
- Help at any hour. A real person picks up day or night, whether you're booking or changing plans.
What this is not
It isn't a package with a bundled discount. The agent quotes the flight and the hotel so you can compare them, including against booking each one elsewhere. If one part is better value somewhere else, you're free to book only the other part with us.
It isn't a requirement either. You can book the flight online yourself from the home page and ask for the hotel by phone later.
Getting the most from the quotes
- Give a budget for each part. It helps the agent find hotel options in the right range.
- Ask for a couple of hotel options. Seeing two or three side by side makes it easier to judge value.
- Ask about phone-only fares. Agents hold contracted consolidator fares that are never shown online, and on international routes they often come in below the published fare.
- Check what the hotel price includes. Ask about taxes and anything paid at the hotel, such as parking or a resort fee.
- Know how the flight price works. Online, the amount paid at booking is the base fare. Taxes, government fees, carrier surcharges and any service fee are added, and you approve the final price before ticketing. The service fees page has the details.
Already booked your flight?
That's fine. Have your booking reference or My Trips handy, send the hotel request form, and the agent can match the hotel to your flight times.
Add a car if you need one
A rental car can be requested the same way, through the rental car request form or on the same call.
