This page explains how pricing and service fees work when you book with Globitude Travels. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
1. What the Booking Amount Covers
- The amount you pay at the time of booking represents only the base fare of the flight.
- It does not include taxes, government fees, airport charges, carrier-imposed surcharges, fuel surcharges, baggage fees, seat selection charges, or any other additional costs.
- The displayed or paid amount is not the final amount and is subject to change until the ticket is fully issued.
2. Additional Charges May Apply
- Additional charges may apply at any time before or during travel and must be paid directly by you.
- Fares, taxes, fuel surcharges, and fees are subject to change until the ticket is issued. You are responsible for any increases.
- Full payment must be received before ticket issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Our Service Fee
- Globitude Travels may charge a service fee for searching, arranging, issuing and managing your booking, and for providing customer support throughout your journey.
- This fee is separate from the airline fare and covers the service we provide as your booking intermediary.
- Service fees are generally non-refundable, even where the airline offers a refund on the fare (see our Refund Policy).
4. Changes & Cancellations
If you change or cancel a booking, airline penalties and any applicable Globitude Travels service or processing fees may be deducted from any refundable amount, in line with the operating airline's fare rules. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
